House Painters in Farmington Hills, MI
No deposit. You pay when you’re happy.
Painters your neighbors would send you to
We aren’t afraid of what our last customer might say. That’s the whole business plan. Do the job right, treat the house like it’s ours, and let the customer pass our number along.
In Farmington Hills we’ve painted homes in Hunt Club, Strathmore, Green Valley Estates, Villa Capri, and Carroll Farms. These are ranches and colonials from the 1960s through the 1990s, some brick and some sided. Outside, most of them need the same work: trim, siding, doors, gutters, and downspouts.
Those houses need a painter who preps properly and never rushes the job.

What we paint

Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets. We move and cover the furniture, fix the nail pops and dings, and leave the room cleaner than we found it.

Exterior painting
Siding, trim, doors, and garage doors. We wash, scrape, caulk, and repair damaged wood before any paint goes on, because prep is what makes an exterior last through Michigan winters.

Cabinet painting
A sprayed, factory-smooth finish for a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. Doors and drawers come off and get sprayed in our own spray booth, not in your kitchen.
More about cabinet paintingWe’re not the cheapest, and here’s why
We don’t use cheap labor. The painters in your house have done this for years, and it shows in the lines, the prep, and the cleanup. You also don’t pay a deposit. You pay when the job is done and you’re happy with it.
Here is what typical jobs run. Yours gets an exact written price after we see it.
What moves the price: how much furniture is in the way, drywall repairs, number of coats, number of colors, and the type and condition of the surface.

Questions we hear every week
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. You pay when the job is done and you’re happy with it.
How long will my job take?
One room takes a few hours to half a day. A full interior takes about a week. Most exteriors take a few days, depending on weather.
Do I have to move my furniture?
No. We move and cover the large pieces. We just ask you to put away small and breakable things.
What paint do you use?
Sherwin-Williams, unless you ask for something else. We pick the product line that fits the surface, and we’ll tell you exactly what’s going on your walls.
Can you paint my exterior any time of year?
Exterior work runs from spring through fall, when it’s warm and dry enough for paint to cure. Interiors and cabinets are year-round.
